摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine abundance of a plurality of component molecules included in a sample, accurately in real time based on gas obtained from the sample, by utilizing ionization processing causing no cleavage. SOLUTION: This gas quantitative analysis method has: a thermogravimetric measurement step S32 for determining the weight of gas obtained from the sample in which the abundance of the target molecules is unknown; area intensity measurement steps S33-S40 for ionizing the gas by soft ionization treatment to determine mass analysis data I (m/z, t), determining a mass chromatogram based on the mass analysis data, and determining the area intensity of a peak waveform in the mass chromatogram; and a quantitative operation step S40 for determining the abundance of the target molecules based on the weight of the gas determined in the thermogravimetric measurement step and the area intensity determined in the area intensity measurement steps.
