PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor which can easily set a step-lamination skew angle of a segment magnet, and can suppress a variation of the skew angle. SOLUTION: The brushless motor includes: rotor cores 15a to 15c which are dividedly formed into a plurality of pieces along the axial direction; the segment magnets 16a to 16c attached to external peripheries of the rotor cores; and magnet holders 17a to 17c which hold the segment magnets attached to the rotor cores. The rotor cores 15a to 15c have holder positioning grooves 20 to which holder arms 19 are mounted, and bridges 32 which are formed so as to correspond to the positioning grooves 20. The magnet holders 17b, 17b have fitting grooves 34 which are fit to the bridges 32, and arranged so as to be displaced from the holder arms 19 by amounts of step angles, and a rotor 3 is formed by fitting the bridges 32 and the fitting grooves 34.
