PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting member fitting structure of a mobile terminal in which the strength of the whole case does not decrease even when a decorative member is fitted, and to provided the mobile terminal. SOLUTION: A claw portion 51 of the decorative member 5 engages a lock portion 71 of a rear case 7 nearby a width-directional end of a first housing 101, and a lock portion 61 of a front case 6 prevents the claw portion 51 from moving away to prevent the decorative member 5 from coming out along the thickness of the first housing 101. A protrusion 52 is engaged with the lock portion 61 to prevent the decorative member 5 from coming out and rotating. In addition, the claw portion 53 of the decorative member 5 engages a lock portion 62 of the front case 6 nearby the width-directional center portion of the first housing 101 to prevent the decorative member 5 from coming out along the thickness direction of the first housing 101.
