PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the increasing waiting time up to radio signal transmission and to achieve the effectual throughput, while providing a broadband frequency channel using a plurality of frequency channels simultaneously. SOLUTION: Radio communication equipment AP1 includes: a space division processing portion 40 which identifies from what part of a spatial area the radiowaves come; a frequency division processing portion 30 which identifies through which of the channels the radiowaves are transferred; a carrier sense portion 50 which determines vacant-or-full state about the identified channel; a memory portion 60 which memories the determined vacant-or-full state in association with each spatial area and each channel; and a determination portion 70 which determines the channel to be used for transmission according to the vacant-or-full state of each channel about the spatial area in which a first radio terminal is located, when transmitting the radiowaves to the first radio terminal.
