PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-member assembling structure using one type of clip for selecting the holding load of a mounting member on another member while keeping a clip inserting load constant. SOLUTION: In the two-member assembling structure, the clip 10 mounted on a seat portion 32 of the mounting member 30 is inserted into a clip hole 42 opened in another member 40 for the mounting member. The clip 10 has a pair of lock arms 20, and clamp portions 16 arranged inside both lock arms so as to be joined to the seat portion 32. High and low holding locked faces 24a, 26a of both lock arms are different in angle of inclination when locked to the edge of the clip hole 42. The clamp portions 16 are joined to the seat portion 32 with 180°rotation of the clip around its axis to change over a clip mounting height in two stages. With the change-over, one of the high and low holding locked faces 24a, 26a is selectively locked to the edge of the clip hole. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
