PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toothed belt on which less dust occurs, and to provide a carrying device and a transmission device. SOLUTION: The toothed belt comprises a plurality of tooth parts formed in a belt longitudinal direction so as to be used in the condition of meshing with a toothed pulley, the tooth parts being formed of elastic materials.
