PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balancer device which can be miniaturized in an axial direction of balancer shaft by contriving a region in which a balancer weight is arranged, and make a degree of freedom of arrangement of the balancer device big. SOLUTION: A balancer device B includes a balancer shaft 60 driven in rotation by a drive gear 33 rotating integrally with a crankshaft 13, balance weights 61, 62 rotating integrally with the balancer shaft 60, and a damper mechanism D constituted of a driven gear 70, a bush 80, and a damper 90. Furthermore, a torque of the crankshaft 13 transmitted through the drive gear 33 is transmitted to the balancer shaft 60 through the damper mechanism D. Additionally, the balance weight 61 is constituted of a weight section 61a arranged integrally with the driven gear 70, and a weight section 61b arranged integrally with the bush 80.
