PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder head cover capable of preventing generation of sludge in the periphery of an oil filler opening, in regard to a cylinder head cover fitted to an internal combustion engine comprising a blowby gas ventilation device. SOLUTION: This cylinder head cover 1 having side swelling parts 11 and 12 on both sides in the cross direction and an end swelling part 15 in one end in the longitudinal direction comprises a plate 6, which has a plate body 61 and an extension part 62, inside thereof. A fresh air passage 7 is formed between the inside surfaces of the one side swelling part 11 and the end swelling part 15 of the cylinder head cover 1 and the top surfaces of the plate body 61 and the extension part 62. The fresh air passage 7 is extended from one end in the longitudinal direction, riding over a cam sprocket 32 in the other end side thereof, and an end opening thereof is positioned in one end side of the cam sprocket 32. Since the inside of the cylinder head cover 1 on one side of the cam sprocket 32 can be ventilated, adhesion of oil to the inside surface of the cylinder head cover 1 in a part near the oil filler opening 19 and generation of sludge can be prevented.
