PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation sound insulation door capable of achieving effective effect of sound insulation by absorbing and damping sound itself inside the door and ventilating the inside of both rooms through the door by circulating the air in them efficiently. SOLUTION: This ventilation sound insulation door is constituted by forming an upper ventilation path 14A, a lower ventilation path 14B, and an intermediate shielding part 7a in an upper part, a lower part, and an intermediate part in the inside of a door frame body, respectively, forming the upper and lower ventilation paths 14A, 14B in corresponding upper and lower frames 8, 9, forming these ventilation paths 14A, 14B by upper and lower vents 8a, 9a opened on their upper and lower end faces, respectively, and communicating with the inside of the door 7, upper and lower opening parts 16, 17 formed by opposing to a surface and a rear surface above and below the intermediate shielding part 7a on one side and opening on surface plates 11A, 11B on the other side, respectively, and upper and lower ventilation path parts 7b, 7c for communicating the upper and lower vents 8a, 9a with the upper and lower opening parts 16, 17 inside the door, respectively, and providing sound absorbing materials 12 formed by a sound absorbing porous material and arranged across an interval for forming the upper and lower ventilation paths 14A, 14B on at least one face among opposing internal wall faces constituting the upper and lower ventilation path parts 7b, 7c.
