PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupler for fluidizing and picking powder and grain from a powder and grain container and discharging powder and grain remaining in an opening portion of the container during container replacement. SOLUTION: The powder and grain supply coupler in the first embodiment couples the powder and grain container 3 with a receiving section 5 when picking fluidized powder and grain 11 from the container to the receiving section and has a female coupler 13 and a male coupler 15, wherein: the female coupler has a through-hole 131 at its central part to pass a powder and grain receiving pipe 17 through and is provided with a perforated plate 133 to transmit gas through while holding powder and grain and a supply mechanism 19 to supply a constant amount of powder and grain and discharge powder and grain remaining in a supply passage; and the male coupler is provided with a first supply section 21 to supply gas for partial fluidization and a second supply section 23 to supply gas for discharging the remaining powder and grain.
