PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a patient by avoiding complete re-operation even if back-out occurs in a lug screw in an implant for treating a fracture of a femur composed of a nail and the lug screw. SOLUTION: In the implant for treating the fracture of the femur constituted of the nail inserted in a pulp cavity from the proximal end of the femur and the lug screw inserted in the subcapital of the femur from the nail, a tail cap is attached to the rear end of the lug screw in a separable manner.
