The present invention provides a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet including a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which has a thickness of 3 to 15 mum and contains a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing the following acrylic polymer (a) and acrylic oligomer (b), wherein the acrylic oligomer (b) is contained at a proportion of 10 to 35 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the acrylic polymer (a), acrylic polymer (a): an acrylic polymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 500,000 to 900,000 and formed from monomer components containing at least 50 to 99% by weight of alkyl(meth)acrylate of which the alkyl group has 4 to 12 carbon atoms, and 1 to 10% by weight of a carboxyl group-containing monomer, acrylic oligomer (b): an acrylic oligomer having a weight-average molecular weight of 3,000 to 6,000 and formed from monomer components containing at least 50 to 99% by weight of (meth)acrylic ester, which has a glass transition temperature of 60 to 190° C. when it is formed into a homopolymer and has a cyclic structure, and 1 to 10% by weight of a carboxyl group-containing monomer; and wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer has a thickness unevenness of the whole surface of 0.030 mum or less.
