A chamber pot with an automatic water drain device and a control method of automatic water drain device are provided, which prevent bad smell from being generated from the toilet bowl and maintain clean state. A chamber pot with an automatic water drain device comprises: a water tank(13) in which water is contained; a seat cover which is combined with the top of the toilet seat; a top cover(15) which is combined with the top of the seat cover; one or a plurality of seat detection sensors equipped in the bottom surface of the seat cover; a top detection sensor equipped in the bottom surface of the top cover; and a water drain device(17) in which a main control unit is formed. |
