The motor has a stator laminated core (2) connected with a motor housing (1), and an axial flow channel (3) provided for a fluid coolant. The channel is outwardly limited by the motor housing in a radial direction, and is inwardly limited by a stator housing in the direction. A stator winding (4) is enclosed with a casting compound, and an axial end region of the winding is axially projected away from the core. A support part i.e. carbon fiber sleeve (5), and a direct contact of the coolant with winding wire regions of the stator winding are provided in the region.
