<p>A vertical pivotal rotary system with a magnetic suspension device includes a vertical shaft, several bearings and a case, wherein said case includes an upper support plate and a lower support plate and a brattice lies between said upper and lower support plates. Said vertical shaft is hinged connected on the upper support plate and the lower support plate; it further includes several magnetic bodies and a magnetic suction disk made of magnet conductive material, wherein said magnetic bodies are fixed on the case or the vertical shaft, the magnetic suction disk is fixed on the vertical shaft or the case accordingly, and the upper end or the lower end of said magnetic suction disk corresponds to the magnetic bodies. Due to the mutual attraction between the magnetic body and the magnetic suction disk made of magnet conductive material, the axial force of the vertical shaft caused by the working load is overcome, the inner track and the rolling body of the bearing is ensured to be on the axial center of the bearing, therefore the wear of the bearing is reduced, the service life of the bearing is prolonged, and the mechanical efficiency is improved.</p> |
