PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively produce a zeolite-containing hardened body having high strength, and to effectively utilize fly ash. SOLUTION: While applying physical restraint pressure to a kneaded material obtained by kneading the granular substances of amorphous material containing silica and alumina with alkali hydroxide and water, steam curing is performed thereon.
