<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current sensor in which power loss is reduced in high precision and miniaturization. <P>SOLUTION: The current sensor 100 includes: a current path to be measured formed of a lead frame 1, a lead frame 2, and a wire bonding 8; a magnetic detecting means 10 arranged on an island part 4A of a lead frame 4 in the magnetic detecting means for detecting a magnetic flux generating a current to be measured made to flow in the current path to be measured from the lead frame 1 to the lead frame 2; and a lead frame 3 and a lead frame 5 for reading output of the magnetic detecting means 10. A sealing package 7 includes them. A part 4B (outside lead frame) of the lead frame 4 is drawn from a second face 7B opposed to a first face 7A drawing the lead frames 3, 5 of the sealing package 7, extends on the outer surface of the sealing package 7 so as to surround the wire bonding 8, and functions the magnetic flux generating the current to be measured as a magnetizing magnetic core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
