<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user feel satisfaction that his fortune can be enhanced by merely getting on board a moving body. <P>SOLUTION: A display device 100 is equipped with an acquisition part 101, a control part 102 and a display part 103. The acquisition part 101 acquires the information of a color indicating good fortune of the user. The control part 102 controls coloring of a screen, using the color showing the good fortune acquired by the acquisition part 101. The control of coloring is conducted, for instance, for the coloring of the background part of the display screen, a mark indicating the present location, characters in a text display or a selection button which receives an input from the user.
