<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump dispenser having a shape facilitating removal from a mold and capable of upward downward moving stably. <P>SOLUTION: The pump dispenser A is composed of a cylinder 1, a piston 2 moving slidably in the cylinder 1, a nozzle head 3 attached to the upper of the piston 2, a cap 4 for attaching the cylinder 1 to a vessel body, a cylindrical packing 5 mounted between the piston 2 and the cylinder 1, and a spring 6 existing between the cylindrical packing 5 and the nozzle head 3 to make the nozzle head 3 sprung upwardly. The nozzle head 3 comprises a nozzle 31, an inner tube 32, and an outer tube 33.
