<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas introduction structure of an intake passage, easily discharging a condensate, the gas introduction structure of the intake passage and an intake manifold, uniformly distributing the gas between cylinders and uniformly diffusing the gas into intake air. <P>SOLUTION: Both sides of bottom faces 10a-16a of emission introduction paths 10-16 are respectively connected to curved wall faces 10b-16b with angles. The condensate water W tends to occur and be concentrated in the angled parts (corners C). Thus, the condensate water W is concentrated on the side of the bottom faces 10a-16a before clogging the emission introduction paths 10-16, and is then easily discharged after moving by the inclination of the emission introduction paths 10-16. Thus, the uniform diffusion of the gas into intake air and the uniform distribution of the gas between cylinders are not hindered. End faces of the emission introduction paths 10-16 are inclined to the opposite direction from the intake flow direction with respect to the connecting end faces of intake branched pipes. Then it rarely causes resistance against the intake flow. According to the inclination, the end faces are hardly exposed strongly to blow-back due to the Atkinson cycle, and the blow-back is rarely guided into the emission introduction paths 10-16.
