PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add unified metadata to information items which are fetched by different devices and deeply associated with each other.

SOLUTION: A metadata transmitting device 10 includes a storage area 11 for storing metadata and a radio communication module 12 for transmitting via a radio communication network metadata stored in the storage area 11. Furthermore, a metadata receiving device 20 includes a radio communication module 22 for receiving metadata transmitted via a radio communication network and a storage area 21 for storing the metadata by associating information fetched in a region where the metadata have been received with the metadata received by the radio communication module 22.
