<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of estimating a recurrence risk during the convalescence of lung adenocarcinoma by detecting protein related to the recurrence of the lung adenocarcinoma, and a kit used for this estimation method. <P>SOLUTION: The method of estimating the recurrence of lung adenocarcinoma includes: a step (step A) of measuring the expressed amount of a modified body of at least one protein selected from a group comprising delta 3,5-delta 2,4-dienoyl-CoA isomerase, annexin A2, aldehyde dehydrogenase, peptidyl-prolylcis-trans isomerase A, inorganic pyrophosphatase 2, tropomyosin beta chain, proteasome subunit beta type 2, and an elongation factor 2, as to a bio-specimen deriving from an inspected person; a step (step B) of comparing the expressed amount of the protein as to the bio-specimen deriving from the inspected person with a reference value; and a step (step C) of determining that the inspected person has a high recurrence risk of lung adenocarcinoma when variations are found through the comparison of the expressed amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
