<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-sealing device which is capable of surely opening the orifice of even a non-slit-prepared tubular package body for contents to be thrown therein. <P>SOLUTION: The heat-sealing device includes: a transport mechanism 2 that conveys the package body F; a severing mechanism 3 that forms an opening A by cutting the package body F in the width direction; an opening/closing mechanism 4 that grips, for sandwiching, the vicinity of the opening A for the operation of opening/closing thereof; a sealing mechanism 5 that seals the package body F; and a control section 80 that regulates the respective mechanisms. The severing mechanism 3 comprises a fixed blade 31 positioned at the front surface side S1 of the package body F, a movable blade 30 positioned at the reverse surface side S2, and a shift activating section that integrally moves together with the movable blade 30 and relatively shifts the reverse surface side S2 with respect to the front surface S1 at the time of severing action. The opening/closing mechanism 4 has a first opening/closing drive section that causes its gripping parts 40, 41 positioned at both its sides in the width direction to grip, for sandwiching, the opening A, and allows the gripping parts 40, 41 to rotate around a fulcrum point so as to open the opening A, and a second opening/closing drive section that switches the gripping parts 40, 41 between a gripped-state and a non-gripped-state, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
