<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored application solution composition for color filter, which is excellent in storage stability and suppressed in contrast deterioration even in use of C.I.Pigment 58 including zinc phthalocyanine halide as a colored pigment, a color filter using the same, and a liquid crystal display device provided with the color filter. <P>SOLUTION: In the colored application solution composition excellent in storage stability obtained by dissolving a colored composition having pigment fine particles dispersed at least in a transparent resin and/or a precursor thereof in an organic solvent, C.I.Pigment Green 58 is included as the pigment, and at least one organic solvent having a solubility parameter (SP value) of 9.0 (cal/cm<SP>3</SP>)<SP>1/2</SP>or less occupies 90% by mass or more of the whole organic solvent.
