PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: an image processor that prevents unauthorized extraction of image data; an image processing method; an image processing program; and a recording medium. SOLUTION: A composite device 1 discriminates whether or not input image data are unauthorized data of negotiable securities or the like by an unauthorized image detection part 15 when the image data are transferred from a memory 40 to a plotter part 13 via video output controllers 18C, 18M, 18Y, 18K and are output from the plotter part 13 after performing image processing to the input image data by an image processing part 12 and an image processing controller 22 and storing the input image data in the memory 40. When the input image data are the unauthorized data, the composite device converts the input image data into painted data in a transfer process of the image data from the image processing controller 22 to the plotter part 13 via the memory 40 and the video output controllers 18C, 18M, 18Y, 18K.
