Holders for sliding windows.-Sliding windows are held in position by two levers 13 engaging racks 21, Fig. 1, the levers being connected to a single spring 16. The levers carry rollers 18. The two racks may be formed on a single central bar 27, Fig. 3, and the rack teeth may be irregular, but the crests of one come opposite the crests of the other. A rubber cord 25 fastened to the frame is engaged by a central clip 24, Fig. 1. or roller 33, Fig. 3, on the window. |
