PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate with a light-emitting function, which makes a lighting pattern in a desired shape emerge on a wooden surface layer, which can freely change the shape of the lighting pattern, and which enables the appearance of the lighting pattern with high visibility. SOLUTION: This laminate comprises: a sheet layer 14 in which an opening 14a is formed at least a part; a wooden layer 11 which is provided on the first surface side of the sheet layer 14 so as to cover the opening 14a; a light source 15 which is installed on the second surface side facing the first surface side of the sheet layer 14, and in which a plurality of light-emitting elements 21 capable of irradiating the opening 14a are disposed in dot-matrix pattern; and a lighting control means 25 which can independently control the lighting of each of the light-emitting elements 21 of the light source 15. Outgoing light from the light source 15 can advance through the opening 14a and transmit through the wooden layer 11. Additionally, each of the light-emitting elements 21 is blinked so that the lighting pattern displayed on the surface of the wooden layer 11 can be displayed like a moving image.
