PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assemble a segment along an inner surface of a tunnel hole undergoing temporary lining, without damaging the tunnel hole undergoing the temporary lining. SOLUTION: This segment assembling equipment makes a support F assembled along an inner surface of an excavated hole H, and makes the segment S assembled along the inner surface of the tunnel hole T in which concrete C is sprayed on the inner surface of the excavated hole H. The segment assembling equipment comprises: a rail 2 which is laid along the longitudinal direction of the tunnel hole T on the bottom of the tunnel hole T; a truck 3 which is placed on the rain 2 so as to be movable along the rail 2; a segment assembling mechanism 4 which is provided in the truck 3, and which moves the segment S to a predetermined position in the tunnel hole T in the state of holding it; a plurality of grippers 5 which are provided in the truck 3, and elongated toward the inner surface of the tunnel hole T, so as to hold the truck in the predetermined position in the tunnel hole T by pushing the inner surface of the tunnel hole T when the grippers are elongated; and movement means 3, 8, 12 and 13 for moving the grippers so as to push the inner surface of the tunnel hole T by the grippers 5, while avoiding the support F of the tunnel hole T.
