PEELABILITY IMPROVING AGENT FOR WET PAPER AND METHOD FOR IMPROVING PEELABILITY OF WET PAPER FROM PRESS ROLL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peelability improving agent for wet paper improving peelability of wet paper from a press roll with which wet paper is directly contact in the press part of paper machine, and a method for improving peelability of wet paper using the same. SOLUTION: The peelability improving agent for wet paper includes an anionic polymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer component containing at least one anionic monomer of an unsaturated carboxylic acid and an unsaturated sulfonic acid or its alkali salt. The peelability improving agent for wet paper is applied to a press roll (plain rolls 11, 12) with which wet paper is directly contact in the press part of paper machine. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
