PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid container capable of discharging liquid disliking contact with air and contained in the container without causing air to enter the container as much as possible, and a method of discharging the liquid from the container. SOLUTION: A first inner container 1 and a second inner container 2 each formed in a bag shape and capable of being folded are formed of a polyethylene sheet which is a flexible resin member. The first inner container 1 and the second inner container 2 are accommodated in an outer container 3 by fully containing water-soluble paint P in the first inner container 1, contracting the second inner container 2, and making the first inner container 1 contact with the second inner container 2. Then, as the water-soluble paint P is dispensed, the volume thereof inside the first inner container 1 reduces. However, at this time, the first inner container 1 is contracted by the pressure of air A supplied into the second inner container 2.
