<p>The invention pertains to the system for traffic control for assurance of larger ecological and traffic safety with the aid of the GPS satellite system (1). A Navigator (2) registers engine speed, vehicle speed and transmission ratio appropriate for the vehicle location and advises the driver to change gear in order to reduce fuel consumption. In case no gear shift is carried out, the police is informed and a fine is deducted from a bank account. The invention also monitors whether vehicle speed exceeds a set speed limit, whether the vehicle is about to enter a highway in the wrong direction and permits to track stolen vehicles.</p> |
