PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-crosslinked polypropylene-based resin foamed board having a thick thickness, excellent in flame retardancy and having a high foaming magnification, and a technology to prepare the foamed board with a blowing agent having a low environmental load. SOLUTION: This flame retardant, non-crosslinked polypropylene-based resin foamed board is provided by containing a 70 to 90 mass% non-crosslinked polypropylene-based resin and a 10 to 30 mass% flame retardant based on the 100 mass% total of the non-crosslinked polypropylene-based resin and the flame retardant, having a 10 to 30 fold foaming magnification, and having an oxygen index of ≥23 measured in accordance with the JIS-K7201-2. This foamed board can be produced by extruding the resin composition containing the polypropylene-based resin and the flame retardant from a multiple-holed die 23 of the extruder 21 and foaming at the same time.
