FOOD WASTEWATER PURE OXYGEN FERMENTATION PROCESS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING FERMENTATION SPEED RAPIDLY AND EFFICIENTLY

A food wastewater pure oxygen fermentation process is provided to maintain high density microorganism by floating all kinds of solid waste in a tank by fermenting the solid waste in a fermentation tank with a pure oxygen method. A food wastewater pure oxygen fermentation process includes the following steps of: installing a pure oxygen dissolver(4) on the top of a wastewater fermentation tank(1); concentrating high concentration oxygen in wastewater(7) with a pump; making a vortex in the wastewater while rotating high concentration oxygen in the fermentation tank; discharging a part of oxygen particles from wastewater particles while increasing rotation of a stirrer; removing suspended bubble residue; and processing the residue and performing a specified process with high density microorganism.
