An apparatus for disassembling a segment in continuous casting is provided to separate a fixing pin from the segment easily using an elastic restoring force, thereby improving work efficiency. An apparatus for disassembling a segment in continuous casting comprises a case(100), an impact piece(200), and an actuating unit(300). The case is equipped with a rotator(110) combined with a fixing pin. The impact piece is connected to the case via an elastic member(400). The actuating unit is mounted on the case and moves the impact piece. The actuating unit comprises an actuating cylinder(310) which has an actuating rod(312) and is installed to move in the case, a latch(320) which is fixed to the actuating rod and latched with the impact piece, and a percussion device which is hinged to the case to release the locked latch. The impact piece presses the elastic member when the latch is locked, and collides against the case by the restoring force of the elastic member when the lock of the latch is released.
