A solenoid valve of a warm water-mat for local heating is provided to heat the warm water-mat according to the taste of user because the inflow port and first and second inlet hole are selectively communicated and In that way the warm water-mat can be partially heated. A solenoid valve of a warm water-mat for local heating comprises a case(20), a warm water guide, and a switchover lever(50). In one side of the warm water guide, first and second inlets which are connected in the inflow port are formed. In the other side of the warm water guide, a discharge port connected to the discharging end of first and second warm water pipes is formed. The switchover lever is coupled with the warm water guide and permits rotation thereof. A redirection guide is formed inside the switchover lever. The redirection guide selectively connects the inflow port and the first and second inlets as the switchover lever rotates.
