A water supply tank structure for a hot water supply apparatus is provided to reduce the size of product because there is no need to fabricate a large capacity of the water tank for the hot-water supply, and to prevent the pump operation noise caused by the bubble generated in the inside. A water supply tank structure for a hot water supply apparatus comprises a water supply tank(250), an opening and closing member(270), and an air discharge guide(280). In both lower lateral sides of the water supply tank, a waterway(252) is formed. A water supply tank(254) and a supplementary water injecting unit(256) are successively formed on top of the waterway along the top. In the center of the opening and closing member, an air hole(272) penetrate therethrough. The opening and closing member is installed in the supplementary water injecting unit of the water supply tank and permits vertical movement thereof. The air discharge guide is integrated in the bottom center of the opening and closing member. The air discharge guide is connected to the waterway through the supplementary water injecting unit and supplementary water tank. The air discharge guide is connected to the air hole of the opening and closing member.
