A thermal-transferring silicone rubber sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to thermally transfer a silicone rubber ornament with a desired shape to an object easily and rapidly. A thermal-transferring silicone rubber sheet comprises: a silicone rubber layer(22) molded by coating liquid silicone rubber on the surface of a plate-like or rolled release film(21) and heat-treating it; a silicone rubber coating layer(23) prepared by coating the liquid silicone rubber on the surface of the silicone rubber layer; a bonding layer(24) prepared by coating thermal adhesive solvent or adhesive on the silicone rubber coating layer and allowing the solvent to dissolve silicone rubber components and dilute them in order to bond the silicone rubber with the bonding layer; and a release film(25) adhered to the bonding layer.
