<p>The present invention is a method for measuring chromosome, gene, or specific nucleotide sequence copy numbers including: (a) a step of mixing homozygote DNA and test specimen DNA; (b) a step of analyzing the mixture DNA by using an SNP array; and (c) a step of determining chromosome, gene, or specific nucleotide sequence copy numbers by measuring the difference in signals output from the homozygote DNA and the test specimen DNA.</p> |
