<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor with its productivity enhanced since a sensor part is highly accurately and easily aligned with terminal parts. <P>SOLUTION: Contact parts 2c provided on the other end part 2b of the sensor part 2 are projected from the other end side of a holder part 3, and the contact parts 2c are covered with an insulator 5. The plurality of terminal parts 6 severally contacting with the plurality of contact parts 2c are provided inside the insulator 5. A positioning part 30 where the sensor part 2 prevents the sensor part 2 from being displaced relative to the insulator 5 is provided between the end part 2b of the sensor part 2 and the insulator 5. The displacement of the installation position of the sensor part 2 relative to the insulator 5 is thereby restricted. By previously setting the relative position of the sensor part 2 to the insulator 5 at a position where the contact parts 2c coincide with the terminal parts 6, the contact parts 2c can be aligned with the terminal parts 6 with high accuracy only by combining the sensor part 2 with the insulator 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
