<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for an AC motor-driven vehicle, detecting the temperature of a motor near an inverter, and preventing a temperature rise of the inverter based on the detected temperature in either case of two-wheel drive and four-wheel drive. <P>SOLUTION: This control device for the AC motor-driven vehicle having a power generator 7, the inverter converting power generated by the power generator 7, and the AC motor 4 supplied with the power converted by the inverter, and traveling in either of a four-wheel drive mode and a two-wheel drive mode includes a 4WD controller 8 suppressing the rise in the temperature affecting at least the inverter by restricting the drive of an engine in the two-wheel drive mode and restricting torque output by the AC motor 4 in the four-wheel drive mode when the temperature detected by a temperature sensor 20 detecting the temperature of the AC motor 4 reaches a prescribed threshold value in either case of four-wheel drive mode traveling and two-wheel drive mode traveling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
