<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polylactic acid resin composition having excellent weather resistance, wherein crystallization is suppressed, and to provide a resin molded article using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The polylactic acid resin composition is obtained by blending 0.005-30 parts by mass of a hindered amine compound, which has a partial structure represented by general formula (1), per 100 parts by mass of a polylactic acid resin. (In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>each independently represents an alkyl group having 1-4 carbon atoms; and R represents an alkyl group having 1-18 carbon atoms which may be substituted by a hydroxy group, an acyl group having 1-18 carbon atoms or a cycloalkyl group having 5-8 carbon atoms.)
