<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet with excellent processability, which has a TS of≥1,200 MPa and EL of≥13% and hole expansion ratio of≥50%, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel sheet having a component composition containing, by mass%, 0.05 to 0.5% C, 0.01 to 2.5% Si, 0.5 to 3.5% Mn, 0.003 to 0.100% P,≤0.02% S, 0.010 to 0.5% Al, and the balance Fe and inevitable impurities and having a microstructure including 0 to 10% ferrite, 0 to 10% martensite, 60 to 95% tempered martensite in area ratio determined by structure observation, 5 to 20% residual austenite at the ratio determined by an X-ray diffraction method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
