<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily measure short distances, at a system activation. <P>SOLUTION: A storage part 2 stores a first received waveform receive by a pulse radar 1, when the distance-measuring system 10 is activated. A determination part 3 computes a difference waveform, the difference between a second received waveform received by the pulse radar 1 and the first received waveform stored in the storage part 2. The determination part 3 divides the difference waveform into a plurality of sections in the time base, integrates the difference waveforms in each of the plurality of sections, and determines whether the integrated value of the difference waveforms in each of the plurality of sections exceeds a prescribed threshold position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
