<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape feeder can prevent the floating of a carrier tape and ensuring stability in the attitude of electronic component. <P>SOLUTION: A bent plate spring section 29 maintains the attitude of a separation member 28, where a chip side droops, and the chip elastically comes into contact with the carrier tape 12; while a cover member 25 is being closed, thus energizing the carrier tape 12 toward a support surface 23, and preventing the carrier tape from floating from the support surface 23 during feed operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
