PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum electrolytic capacitor which improves radiation performance of a capacitor while controlling gas generated inside the capacitor. SOLUTION: There are provided an aluminum electrolytic capacitor comprising a capacitor element where a positive electrode foil and negative electrode foil are wound through a separator, and an exterior case for housing the capacitor element, wherein the negative electrode foil is wound in such a manner that it is extruded from a bottom of the capacitor element and an end face at the extruded side of the negative electrode foil is brought into contact with an inner face of the case through a flexible radiation material.
