PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a varactor which is adaptive to applications of electronic devices including various electronic devices and communication mobile devices, and to provide an electronic device comprising the varactor and a communication mobile device. SOLUTION: The varactor is provided by forming a pair of electrodes across a ferroelectric material layer and applying a polarizing process, being equal to the coercive field of hysteresis characteristics of polarization or higher, to the ferroelectric material layer.
