PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transaction processor improved in reliability by hardly causing liquid stagnation in a drain passage. SOLUTION: A bill storage part 13 includes a shutter 13a, packing 20-22, a drain groove 23 and a bill takeout port 3a. The shutter 13a is arranged at the upper part of the bill storage part 13. The shutter 13a slides between an open position and a closed position of the bill takeout port 3a. When the shutter 13a is located in the closed position, the shutter 13a abuts on the packing 20-22 provided along each side excluding a rear end side.
