PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking information providing system that estimates and presents not only a next destination but also a future destination as a moving location from the estimated results. SOLUTION: An information managing and providing apparatus executes: a step of receiving location information that is a current location of a mobile communication device, which is transmitted from the device; a step of accumulating the received location information in a location information accumulator; and a step of extracting and analyzing the accumulated location information obtained from the location information accumulator, when the tracking information is requested from an information display device. The information managing and providing apparatus executes the steps and compares the current location information with the history of a past movement location to analyze a similar past history in the analyzing step, thereby extracting a location history similar to the past location.
