PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow an outdoor person to quickly respond to an emergency. SOLUTION: When a fire alarm 1, an anticrime sensor 2 or an emergency push button 3 detects an emergency, an alarm unit 60 receives a detection signal from the fire alarm 1, the anticrime sensor 2 or the emergency pushbutton 3 and an alarm signal is transmitted to a door interphone slave unit 5 from a speaking circuit 40. In the door interphone slave unit 5, a speaking circuit 50 receives the alarm signal and an alarm sound is output from a speaker 51. Then, when a call button 53 of the door interphone slave unit 5 is operated, a call signal circuit 54 transmits the call signal to an intercom master unit 4. In the intercom master unit 4, a call detection circuit 43 detects the call signal, a message per kind, a message per contact address from a message circuit 62 is transmitted from the speaking circuit 40 to the door interphone slave unit 5, and the message per kind and the message per contact address are phonetically output from a speaker 51 of the door interphone slave unit 5.
