PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground contact structure of a circuit board in which continuity between the circuit board and a sheet metal is stabilized, and to provide electronic apparatus using the same. SOLUTION: The ground contact structure of the circuit board 33 includes the circuit board 33, a case 4a enclosing the circuit board 33, a contact spring terminal 32 mounted on the circuit board 33, and the sheet metal 31 molded in one body while partially exposed inside the case 4a, the contact spring terminal 32 and a portion of the sheet metal 31 being disposed opposite each other to contact each other.
